Grupo Radio Centro is the leading radio broadcasting company in Mexico. For the last 65 years, it has been the number one radio broadcasting group in Mexico City, the most highly populated city in North America.

The Company’s principal activities are the production and broadcasting of musical and entertainment programs, talk shows, news and special events programs. Revenue is primarily derived from the sale of commercial airtime.
The Company’s average market share in Mexico City for the year ended December 31, 2002, was 31.4%, more than half that of the next radio broadcasting company in Mexico City.

Grupo Radio Centro currently operates 8 AM radio stations and 5 FM stations, and it manages and operates and additional FM. Of the stations that Grupo Radio Centro operates or owns, 5 are AM and 6 are FM stations in Mexico City. The remaining 3 radio stations, including one located in Mexico City, are currently managed and operated by third-parties under contract.
